Dangerous Way

We were shopping in Safeway, and when Anton reached for a loaf of bread, he brushed past this glass panel with his hand. That was the only excuse the glass panel needed - it dislodged and shattered into a thousand tiny pieces, like some perverse supermarket booby trap.
Anton got a cut on his hand, so we were contemplating the possibilities of a nice litigious earner. I took some photos and we called the manager over. He gave us a number to call, but nothing came of it
One point of note is that people were still browsing the glass shard covered bread with some retarded intention of a purchase.
